Since those days were really hot days, so we sold out our signature cold ramen named "BBG" before 9pm. Because it was served with our homemade and special thick sesame paste based sauce, its portions were limited. it was refreshing, spicy, gingery and sesame taste. Pulled chicken soaked the sauce and was topped on BBG. It must have been very tasty after touring a studio to another studio in hot weather?<br />

We just lost the sign outside. Weluckly had power and water. However, We have recieved no deliveries from our suppliers since last wednesday. As a result, we ran out of noodles and had to be closed yesterday Nov 3rd and today 4th.<br />
The owner of Shinobi has just picked up noodles from one of our suppliers around 4:30pm today sunday Nov 4th. So we will be open from 6pm til noodles lasts on Monday Nov 5th. We are not honestly sure when we will recieve a delivery of noodles? hopefully on this friday? <br />

This lady came in and wanted to have a dinner for her friend birthday @ that night.<br />
A group of 10 ppl. That was their last minite reservation attempt, I guess? <br />
She came in around 6:30 to do it and the group came in @ 8:30pm. <br />
We normally do NOT take reservations and large groups since the restaurant is such a small. <br />
But we took this one somehow? <br />
It was a really good birthday party. Everyone came almost @ the same time and no mess, no overstayed.<br />
Everyone seemed to enjoy dinning @ Shinobi.<br />

As a result, our two cold ramens, called BBG and GEISHA ramens, are <br />
out from our menu. Instead, we have added <strong>three</strong> new ramens in <br />
our winter menu.<br />

First one is called "<span style="color: #783f04;"><u><strong>SUPER MISO RAMEN</strong></u></span>". <br />
That is topped with <span style="color: #6aa84f;">pickled cabbage</span>, corn, scallion, boiled egg, <br />
pork cha siu, <span style="color: magenta;">sesame oil braised garlic</span> and<span style="color: red;"> homemade spicy butter</span><br />
in our premium <span style="color: #783f04;">miso paste</span> based chicken broth. This ramen has become<br />
one of our best sellers already!!!<br />

Second one is called"<span style="color: #38761d;"><u><strong> VEGGIE MISO RAMEN</strong></u></span>".<br />
That is Miso paste and our original veggie broth based whole wheat noodles Ramen.<br />
It is topped with bean sprouts, cabbage, corn, scallions, organic tofu. <br />
*We also offer <u>our premium soy sauce based Veggie Ramen</u> that we had in our menu before.<br />

Third one is called <span style="color: #990000;">"</span><span style="color: orange;"><u><strong>VEGGIE TAN TAN MEN</strong></u></span>". <br />
This is a vegetarian version of Regular Tan Tan Men that we have in our menu.<br />
It is whole wheat noodles Ramen topped with bean sprouts, cabbage, corn, scallions,<br />
organic tofu in<u> our original <span style="color: red;">spicy</span> sesame and bean paste soup</u>. <br />
